Temporary Clerical Officer - Until April 2026 Here at Osborne, we are seeking a Temporary Clerical Officerto join our public sector client based in Dublin City Centre. This position would suit an individual with good administration experience and with abackground in social care or mental health Salary:€17.04 per hour Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate information and assistance to customers Provide accurate information and assistance to persons regarding setting up portal accounts and completing the Identity verification process. Guide customers through the application process on the portal, ensuring they understand each step leading to a complete submitted application. Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email, offering basic technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to the portal. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and thorough records. Assist in reviewing and improving the usability of the portal and the website, providing feedback and suggestions based on interactions with users. Support development of training materials for new contact centre staff on the process, technical support procedures, and compliance requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of portal updates, and internal processes. Qualifications: Previous experience in a clerical, admin or social care/health care role is necessary Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. High attention to detail and a commitment providing exceptional customer service.
