DeltaV Technical Lead- pharma

Matrix Recruitment is recruiting for aDeltaV Technical Lead on behalf of ourPharma client in theCounty Tipperary area. This is 2-year FTC This person is thesite expert (SME) for theDeltaV automation system the control system that runs production equipment in a pharma plant. Your new role Key Responsibilities : Lead and oversee hardware and software implementation of DeltaV. Write and review technical documentation (User Requirements, Design Specs, etc.). Support commissioning, testing, and validation (FAT, SAT, loop testing). Work closely with engineering, IT, and vendors to ensure everything is delivered to GMP and client standards. Be part of Agile project teams working on digital and automation system upgrades or new installations. What You Need : BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical degree. 5+ years of DeltaV experience (ideally in pharma / biotech). Understands cGMP, SDLC, and validation processes. Can work both technically (code / configure / test) and strategically (write URS, liaise with vendors). Possibly an Automation Engineer, Control Systems Engineer, or DeltaV Specialist who has moved into a lead or SME-level role.
