Job descriptionMinimum 2-3 year's experience with energy markets Third Level Qualification with strong quantitative / financial / economics base required. Experience of other commodities markets desirable. Excellent communication skills and ability to take initiative.
The Role
- Analyse fundamental and technical market conditions as well as implementing profitable trading strategies.
- Understand macroeconomic price drives and impact of regulatory changes to core energy markets.
- Undertake trading analytics with discretion around timing including price forecasting and fundamental analysis.
- Liaise with commercial teams to identify new market opportunities.
