Our client, a leading food production company based in Naas, Co.

Kildare, is seeking a motivated and hands-on

Production Supervisor

to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage production teams to meet daily targets and quality standards

Attending daily production meetings and address any issues raised

Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies

Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement

Train, motivate, and develop team members to enhance performance

Work closely with other departments, including Quality and Maintenance, to ensure efficient operations

Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance metrics

What We're Looking For :

2 - 3 years, previous experience in a supervisory role within a food production environment

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations / quality systems

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

A proactive and problem-solving mindset

Flexible to sometimes work evening hours / weekends if required - depending on business needs
