Need help clearing bulky waste from my home

I recently moved into a new house and have a lot of bulky items and old furniture that I need to get rid of. I'm looking for someone reliable to help me clear out these items and dispose of them properly. The job includes removing old sofas, mattresses, and some large boxes from the living room and garage.
