Senior internal Sales

Senior Internal sales Connect Medical is a new venture into the world of Medical Consumables and Supplies. The company is seeking aggressive and motivated sales staff to contact hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities, large pharma and chemical companies. We currently supply PPE, Gloves, Gowns, Masks, Test Kits, Laboratory Supplies, Clinical / Sterilisation Wipes, Medical Waste Bags, Patient Bags and Clinical Waste Bags. Our portfolio of products continues to grow, with plans to develop sales of our compostible / bio degrade range of products into catering, cleaning and waste management customers, and gloves into industrial and automotive customers. Rewards include salary, uncapped commissions, bonuses and benefits. Salary range Circa 35k - 45k++ (depending on experience) OTE Yr 1 75k + OTE Yr 2 95k + Who you are : We are looking for candidates who have experience in cold calling and business development (experience selling into medical, catering and automotive would be an advantage). Candidates must have a "hunter and development" attitude and desire. Opportunities will be given to any candidate who demonstrates a real desire for these positions. This is a sales role. We need people who can actually, and want to, sell. Experience with government / E-tenders would also be of interest, but not essential. The role is office based, but, as an effective startup will allow early employees an immense opportunities for professional growth. Daily calls targets are expected until candidates have effectively developed their own customer base. We dont cap commissions and we have constant bonus schemes in place.
