About the company : Our clients , are leading Irish M&E Contractors, are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their pre-construction team for ongoing projects across Dublin.

About the role : - Roles based in Dublin - Join a highly reputable M&E Contractor - Excellent opportunity to grow and develop with an established industry leader - Working on major pharma, data centre projects, commercial and industrial projects - Salary ranges from €55-65k (DOE) Duties include (but not limited to) : - Work with designers to develop and refine the detailed design.

• Check the MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) design and explore better system options.
• Review how the building will be constructed to spot any timing or logistics issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers and prepare subcontractor packages.
• Review equipment details and organize what needs to be ordered.
• Compare subcontractor and supplier offers to choose the best one.
• Plan for cranes, lifting, temporary structures, and address project risks.

Position requirements : - Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field - 37+ years in electrical installation, maintenance, or supervision, preferably within the relevant industry - Proficient in electrical systems, National Electrical Code (NEC), safety standards, and troubleshooting - Ability to interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation - Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and oversee projects - Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities - Valid drivers license, safety certifications - Fluently communicating in German or French is an advantage To register your interest, or for more information, please contact Evan Fitzpatrick in confidence at or Skills : Power systems Electronics and semiconductors Instrumentation & Measurement Problem solving
