HR Search LtdDublin, Leinster, Republic of IrelandReporting to the Senior HRBP, the Senior HR Advisor is a key member of the HR team and acts as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across the business whilst being central to the overall employee experience. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day HR operations across Corporate Development, Renewables, Flex Gen and Customer Solutions Roig teams. Coach, mentor and develop a HR Co-Ordinator. Work with our recruitment team and hiring managers to lead recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent. Provide coaching, guidance and advice to managers on policies and procedures. Support managers with performance management and conversations, helping to promote a culture of continuous learning. Provide support throughout an employees lifecycle, with a particular focus on onboarding. Collaborate with the wider HR team in improving HR processes and employee experience. Update and maintain HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with relevant legislation across Ireland. Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure payroll information is shared in a timely manner. Skills, knowledge and attributes Third level qualification in HR, Business or similar. Substantial HR generalist experience in an advisory capacity across the entire employee life cycle. Proven experience of working in a fast paced, dynamic organization. Sound knowledge of employment legislation. Full driving license and access to a car. CIPD qualification Experience of using Workday Skills : HR Advisor HR Generalist Workday
