- Fully onsite position based in North Dublin, Santry.
- Key Responsibilities : Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services. Greet visitors and coordinate meeting arrangements, including refreshments. Oversee office supply inventory and ordering. Coordinate travel arrangements. Support meeting preparation, including presentations and minutes. Assist with compliance tasks, such as due diligence checks and maintaining records. Provide support to finance with tasks like supplier setup and invoice processing. Offer general administrative support to various internal teams. Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Contribute to sustainability efforts by collecting and reporting office usage data. Serve as the office's first aider, fire marshal, and health & safety representative. Organize office social events. Conduct regular office facility checks and report any maintenance needs. Liaise with building management and external contractors. Support office projects and moves. Manage offsite document storage and inventory. Experience / Requirements We're looking for someone who : Has experience working in a fast-paced office environment and thrives on keeping things organised. Has strong and extensive administrative experience, minimum 3 years. Experience working in Financial / Professional Services a big advantage. Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills and possesses a keen eye for detail. Is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Approaches work with an enthusiastic and can-do attitude.
