We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Program Execution & Transformation team, focusing on the MiFID II Producternance - Enhance for Markets Project. This role involves enhancing the existing implementation of MiFID II Producternance, delivering changes to policies, procedures, systems, controls, reporting, andernance throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand regulatory requirements and gather business, legal, andpliance needs.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify current state solutions against required enhancements.
- Propose solution options and document changes or define newernance and reporting structures.
- Enhance BAU processes and controls.
- Document new or changes to existing policies and procedures where applicable.
- Perform data analysis as required.
- Support the project manager to meet PMO standards and track implementation of deliverables.
- Prepare materials for working groups and facilitate UAT where applicable.
Essential Criteria
This role will be a hybrid role with 3 days in the office in Belfast. Although the role is initially for a 7-month period there is a high possibility of an extension.
