Are you our next Power Platform Developer Senior Consultant / Manager?

Location : Belfast, as part of our hybrid working model.

Grade : Senior Consultant / Manager

Contract type : Permanent

Your key responsibilities as part of the team :

• Lead a team of Power Platform developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, gather requirements, and propose Power Platform solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
• Design and develop custom Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power Pages and Power BI reports / dashboards to meet client requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, solution architecture, and user guides.
• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Identify opportunities to optimise existing processes using Power Platform and recommend innovative solutions to enhance client operations.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies and provide thought leadership within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, UX / UI designers, and data engineers, to ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions.
