- Preventive Maintenance : Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, pumps, and other building services equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Reactive Repairs : Respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests, diagnosing faults and implementing effective repairs to minimise downtime.
- System Monitoring : Monitor and adjust mechanical systems to maintain environmental conditions and energy efficiency across client sites.
- Compliance & Safety : Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements, including documentation and reporting.
