Beshoffs SeaGrill Restaurant are now recruiting an experienced full time Chef to join our Kitchen Team. We are located on the beautiful West Pier in Howth, right beside the DART station and free parking is widely available. About us As one of Dublin's leading seafood companies, our aim is to deliver a memorable experience for every customer by providing amazing quality food and product knowledge along with exceptional customer service. In addition to our busy 90 seater seafood restaurant, our adjoining Market Hall offers customers a Seafood Tapas Bar, sparkling fresh seafood counter, fresh food range and a busy coffee bar. About you First and foremost you'll have a genuine interest in delivering great quality food! You will have previous Chef de Partie experience ideally working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will need Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role within a high volume, quality led restaurant kitchen Understanding of flavours balance Love for the hospitality industry and all things Seafood High standards of food hygiene, health and safety A great attitude and be eager to learn An energetic and proactive personality Great team work skills Excellent communication skills Our promise to you If you share our passion for creating great customer experiences, then this will be the right move for you. You will be working in an open pass kitchen in a stunning seaside venue.
