Head of Finance (Full Time or 3 day week considered) Portadown / Belfast £65000-£70000 McKinty Associates are excited to be working with this growing 3rdsector organisation on an exclusive basis in their hunt for an experienced Senior Finance professional. Reporting to the CEO the organisation has a private JV arm as well as its core business. Turnover is sitting at £20m currently. What does the Team look like The business has an accounts team made up of 4 (one qualified) Overall the organisation employs 30. They prepare the month end to Management accounts stage so this role will be to : - Key Duties Support the Commercial Officers across the business and enhance business structure and compliance Review Month End financial and management accounts Review Board Pack and prepare presentation of same at Board Meetings Maintain and develop relationships with lenders and external bodies Support the CEO in the running of the organisation Develop robust controls to enhance efficiencies Prepare and plan forecasts and 5 year corporate plan This exciting opportunity would best suit someone who enjoys building strong relationships both internally and externally. You will have excellent technical accounting skills and be fully qualified. The above duties could potentially be undertaken on a 3 day week with the other 2 days being made up of managing wider areas in the business so we will happily consider Full Time or 3 day per week applicants
