The role

This is a key operational requirement within SSE Airtricity providing assurance support and accurate reporting to ensure best practice and help target future change.

You will

• complete audits dip tests and checks within the department in line with business plans
• work alongside the business assurance team to target future change proactively by utilising key data reporting
• be the central resource for contract management setting up new suppliers raising payment requests receipting payment requests and investigating third party payment issues
• act as a data protection ambassador and actively manage any GDPR and SARS requests
• support complaints team during busy periods including supporting coaching case closures and reporting needs
