Employment : Permanent, Full-time
Salary : €55,000-€65,000 (DOE) + benefits
Reports to : Senior Construction Manager
About the Role
We're seeking a proactive Construction Manager to lead the safe, efficient delivery of multiple site projects across Dublin and the Greater Leinster area. You'll be client-facing, coordinating with design, production, fabrication, H&S and site management teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, to spec and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and implement RAMS; ensure all works meet site-specific Health, Safety & Environmental requirements.
Lead and minute regular site meetings (online and in person) from inception to completion.
Liaise with Design Management, Planning / Scheduling, Production, Fabrication, H&S and Site Management.
Ensure delivery in line with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Maintain consistent site presence; monitor progress, manage issues / risks and communicate with stakeholders.
Drive high performance, Lean / continuous improvement and best value across site activities.
Track and report KPIs, timelines and costs; support resolution of delays / variations.
Uphold and improve processes, systems and controls; comply with ISO 9001, EN 1090 and company procedures.What We're Looking For
Degree (or equivalent) in Construction Management or a related discipline.
3-5+ years' on-site experience delivering large-scale projects.
Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies and site management.
Proven ability to manage changing workloads and tight deadlines.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Efficient time / project management and commercial awareness; collaborative team player.Why Join
