CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Manager on a permanent full-time basis, based in Belfast with a salary of £45,000 per year alongside comprehensive company benefits. Our client : Opening in 2025, the Moxy Hotel is part of the MHL Hotel Collection who have over 10 hotels in their portfolio across the Island of Ireland, offering 4 / 5-star accommodation. Based in Belfast City Centre and work currently undergoing on the development of the site, the Moxy Hotel will be an exciting addition to the city and will truly set itself apart with its bright and stylish design, along with their innovative approach to hospitality while offering affordable options to their guests. The role : With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, in this exciting opportunity you will : Be part of a brand-new team, in a brand-new hotel, at its core driving new sales and driving maximise revenue. Develop strategic partnerships, acquire new clients, all while delivering the exemplary, exceptional service. Work side-by-side with internal teams, ensuring sales efforts completely align with the brand, and the propertys objectives. The person : Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3 years in hotel sales or a similar role and demonstrable evidence of meeting and exceeding targets. Able to think strategically and tenacious in delivering results. Knowledge of the Belfast market / regional hospitality will be a distinct advantage. Excellent communication skills; verbal and written, and the ability to negotiate. Experienced in CRM systems, MS Office packages, and property management tools. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, to think on your feet and can adapt quickly. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. On offer : £45,000 per year. Comprehensive staff benefit package.
