A small, dynamic managed IT services provider is seeking a versatile IT professional to join their team.

The company manages approximately 175 servers and over 1200 client endpoints, with a strong focus on cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure and InTune.

Role Overview :

Remote Support & Management :

What will you do :

• Provide remote support and manage existing infrastructure via phone and email.
• Hardware Deployment :

Build and deploy new client hardware, including desktops, laptops, switches, routers, servers, Wi-Fi hardware, and VOIP handsets.

Spend approximately 10–15 hours per week on client sites, primarily in Greater Belfast and Co. Antrim. A clean driving licence and access to your own transport are required.
