Looking for an exciting new challenge?

Realtime Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Manager who will play a critical role in leading change implementation projects.

We are looking for a Project manager with 5+ years of experience who will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, effective stakeholder management, and vendor coordination. Excellent communication skills, along with a proven track record in change implementation and digital project management, are essential for this role.

This is a 6-month rolling day rate contract offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to projects in a hybrid (3 days onsite) work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on change implementation and digital projects.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to adapt approaches based on project needs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
Relevant certifications in project management (, PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to ensure successful completion within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Lead change implementation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organisational transformation.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk registers.

Coordinate with vendors and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery of project outcomes.

Conduct regular project meetings, workshops, and presentations to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide updates.

Monitor project performance and KPIs, ensuring adherence to quality standards and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
