Your tasks :

• Scheduling and coordination of department management
• Pre-probing of e-mails
• Coordination of incoming telephone calls
• Mail processing
• Correspondence with customers and employees
• Checking and pre-assigning incoming invoices
• Processing of monthly statements
• Obtaining quotations
• Writing orders to companies
