Job Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Website Backend Administrator to join our dynamic team at Caterboss. This role is integral to maintaining and enhancing our online presence, ensuring the seamless operation and professional appearance of our website. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, updating prices, and ensuring the overall quality of content on our website.

Key Responsibilities :

Add new suppliers and their products to our website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Maintain a high standard of visual presentation for all product images and descriptions on the front end of the website.
Update pricing and product details as provided by suppliers.
Utilize Excel proficiently to manage and organize product data.
Collaborate with our marketing team to optimize product listings for SEO.
Monitor website performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Ensure website functionality and troubleshoot any backend issues.

Requirements :

Proven experience in website management, particularly in e-commerce.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual presentation.

Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.

Experience and proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation and operational efficiency.
