A leading residential developer is seeking a Senior Construction Planner to join its team and play a critical role in supporting the successful planning and delivery of large-scale housing projects. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-profile developments in Dublin. Responsibilities : Maintain and review detailed construction programmes with accurate and timely data Contribute to phasing plans and handover strategies Implement project controls and ensure planning processes are followed Track programme progress and produce clear, timely reports Assist with programming for both live and pre-development sites Support development of master programme dashboards and flag potential risks Liaise with internal departments such as Design and PMO Collaborate closely within project teams to ensure planning alignment Requirements : Level 8 qualification in Engineering, Construction, or a related field 8+ years relevant construction planning experience (residential experience preferred) Familiarity with programming and scheduling software (advantageous but not essential) Self-motivated and capable of taking initiative Package : €80,000 - €85,000 DOE Performance bonus (up to 10%) Pension scheme with employer matching Full private health insurance Paid maternity & paternity leave Life assurance & income protection CPD programme & funding 25 days holidays Tax saver transport & bike-to-work scheme Employee assistance programme If you are a Construction Planner, seeking progression or a career change, reach out to Eve on or send a CV to for a confidential discussion.
