Responsibilities

• Strategy Development : Create and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with ourmercial goals and objectives, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Lead Generation : Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.
• Campaign Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and events.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all marketing materials and channels, reinforcing Workplace's value proposition.
• Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
• Content Development : Collaborate with content creators to developpelling, relevant and high-quality content that supports marketing objectives and engages target audiences.
• Market Research : Utilise data and insights into client needs, preferences, andpetitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
