Your new organisation is a tier one building contractor who is responsible for some of the country's largest, high-profile projects. They build across several industries, which include Data Centres, Industrial, Infrastructure, General Contracting, Schools / Colleges / Apartments and high-level Commercial.

Your new role

Your new role within the organisation as a Senior Project Manager, includes reporting straight to a construction director.

You will be taken on to successfully deliver high-level projects to the highest quality, on time, within budget and implemented within the required safety, quality, and environmental parameters. There are several locations in the Leinster region that require the need for this PM. Most of the DC and building work is within the Greater Dublin region. Selection of Project Management Responsibilities :

• Key liaison between organisation and client, ensuring client is regularly updated.
• Instruct, coach and direct the project staff with respect to construction, contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Effective management and co-ordination of subcontractors and ensure all personnel on site conduct their duties to the highest standards.
• Manage day-to-day operational duties.
• Continually improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, analyse results and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Build, grow and develop business relationships for the success of the project

What you'll need to succeed

Including the ability to use programming software – e.g., MS Project / Powerproject etc.

The organisation has a pipeline of work through live projects and awarded projects for at least the next 5 years . This is also expected to grow. They have a nice level of government contract work and this is expected to continue. They are very competitive when it comes to pricing new projects .

Financial Offerings :

When it comes to the package for this role, every individual will have different experience levels. There is no set salary, but you can expect to be paid in the region of €90,000 to €110,000 on just a salary.

This will come with a strong company bonus, a vehicle and access to expenses.
