Location : Fully Remote (Training on-site in Sandyford, D18)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Shift Hours : 00 : 00 – 08 : 00 (Midnight to 8 AM)

Training : First 8 weeks in-office (Sandyford, Dublin D18)

Are you deeply connected to U.S. culture, news, and social conversations? We’re looking for a Content Specialist with strong knowledge of the United States to help identify and elevate the most relevant, engaging, and timely content on a leading text-based social media platform. This is a remote evening shift role (00 : 00–08 : 00) with on-site training in Dublin, perfect for someone who thrives in digital spaces and has a sharp editorial eye on U.S. trends and current affairs.

What You’ll Do :

  • Curate and contextualize trending topics and conversations focused on the U.S. market—including news, culture, politics, and entertainment.
  • Review user-generated content from a variety of sources including public figures, influencers, publishers, and creators.
  • Apply editorial judgment and platform guidelines consistently across high volumes of content.
  • Flag edge cases or ambiguous topics and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Use internal tools and social listening platforms to support content discovery.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in editorial processes and user experience.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Strong knowledge of and connection to the U.S. market —you should be fully comfortable discussing American news, politics, entertainment, and cultural trends.
  • Proven experience in social media, digital media, content creation, journalism, or editorial roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, with impeccable spelling, grammar, and editorial judgment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and user-generated content environments, especially text-based conversation networks.
  • Experience with social discovery or listening tools.
  • Third-level degree (Bachelor's or higher) in Marketing, Journalism, Communication, or a related field is essential.
