Job description

Our Healthcare Support client in Dublin West is currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for a 5-month contract, working full onsite. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, including HR Data entry and cleansing, to support the implementation of a new HRIS system for the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED

  • Excel HR data analysis
  • Processing HR Data for any required corrections
  • Process definition and improvement
  • Process HR Documentation
  • Support HR Reporting
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 1 years’ experience working in a HR Department, focused on HR Administration
  • Health Sector / Public Sector experience (highly desirable)
  • A track record of managing high volumes of HR data entry
  • Effective communication skills with excellent attention to detail
