A leading organisation is undergoing a major digital and supply chain transformation, including a national SAP S / 4HANA upgrade and new distribution facility.

We're seeking a Service Delivery Director to lead the operational handover, support frameworks, and long-term service strategy.

Key Responsibilities : Oversee seamless transition from program delivery to IT operations Develop and implement a global service delivery strategy Drive performance using KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives Lead incident, change, and release management across internal and vendor teams Build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships Required Experience & Skills : 10+ years in service delivery leadership, ideally within large ERP programs Expertise in SAP S / 4HANA , SAP RISE, Azure, CI / CD, and ServiceNow Proven ability to manage complex software releases and IT governance Strong knowledge of ITIL , DevOps, and enterprise-scale environments Experience building global, high-performing IT teams Excellent stakeholder management and strategic planning skills Background in large-scale digital transformation Familiarity with supply chain environments Strong financial and operational acumen Seniority level Seniority level Director Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Project Management, General Business, and Information Technology Industries Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Manufacturing, and Retail Pharmacies Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at GCS by 2x
