Key Responsibilities

1. Project Integration & Delivery

  • Collaborate with senior team members to manage and integrate MEP systems for efficient project execution.
  • 2. Schedule Coordination

  • Develop, finalize, and monitor MEP installation and commissioning schedules to align with the overall project timeline.
  • 3. Stakeholder Meetings

  • Organize and document minutes for project meetings and workshops across all phases.
  • 4. Equipment Tracking

  • Monitor the progress of MEP equipment and plant, including submittals, approvals, and quality checks.
  • 5. Site Monitoring & Reporting

  • Oversee on-site MEP installation and commissioning activities, ensuring they meet planned schedules.
  • 6. Snagging & Quality Assurance

  • Support snagging processes and conduct quality inspections to ensure timely sign-off on installations.
  • 7. Method Statements & RAMS

  • Prepare and secure approval for Method Statements and Risk Assessments (RAMS) for MEP tasks.
  • 8. Project Reporting & Meetings

  • Compile summary reports and actively participate in key project meetings to maintain effective communication.
  • 9. Testing & Commissioning

  • Witness on-site testing and commissioning demonstrations to verify system functionality and performance.
  • 10. Client Coordination

  • Work closely with the Client’s Facilities Teams to deliver operational training and facilitate a smooth handover.
  • Requirements

    Education

  • Degree or Diploma in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent expertise in Building Services principles.
  • Experience

  • 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in MEP operations within construction projects.
  • Skills

  • Strong teamwork and a proactive attitude.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of health and safety policies for safe work practices.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and MEP standards.
  • High energy and enthusiasm for meeting project goals.
