Director / Senior Director | Construction Solutions (Delay) We are seeking professionals with experience in delay analysis, project advisory services and construction scheduling to join our Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice.
The successful individual will have a bachelor's degree, typically in engineering or construction management, with experience in a contracting and / or consulting environment.
About the Role The Construction Solutions team offers unparalleled expertise to help clients resolve disputes, improve construction project delivery, and develop processes that ensure improved schedules and financial performance.
Our practice consists of construction and engineering professionals who work on the largest projects around the world.
Your Responsibilities Performing claims and schedule delay analysis.
Providing and performing schedule management and advice.
Assisting with the preparation of expert reports in dispute resolution procedures.
Providing a high-quality and timely service to clients.

You'll gain experience of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and formal dispute resolution procedures.

What You Will Need to Succeed Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
Up to five-seven years' post-qualification experience in the construction industry or a related profession.
Excellent communication, mathematical, and organizational skills.
Proficient working knowledge of relevant industry programme management software and Microsoft applications.
