Responsibilities
- Accountable for review and approval of all ongoing servicing activities provided to clients, including but not limited to monthly management accounts, annual financial statements, corporate ie tax and VAT returns of client
- Financial accounting duties for client including :
- Review and / or preparation of management accounts and any other ad-hoc reports required
- Review and / or preparation of consolidated and / or entity statutory financial statements;
- Preparation and filing of regulatory returns to the Central Bank of Ireland, where required, on a timely basis;
co-ordinate and liaise with external auditors throughout the audit process
Preparation, review and filing of client tax returns ( VAT, RCT, Corporation tax and Payroll taxes) and liaise with tax advisors where requiredResponsible for the internal control of the client accounting and administration processes in use; Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies, and implementing changeCo-ordination and management of the annual audit process and taxpliance work, ensuring review for all audit deliverables as requiredMaintaining excellent working relationships with clients and also with third parties such as Auditors, Tax advisors, Legal advisors, Revenue and banks as requiredAd hoc duties that may be assigned from time to timeAttributes / Technical Skills

Experience in the corporate services industry or accounting practiceFinancial services experience ideally in aircraft leasing and / or structured finance will be a significant advantage but not required.Education and Professional Qualification
