What You Can Expect Responsible for the maintaining, constructing, installing, moving, and repairing all production machinery and equipment.
This includes specialized equipment, lift trucks, storage racks, conveyors, lighting, plumbing, and all equipment required for factory and office operations.
Provide front line systems support for all equipment. How You'll Create Impact Complies with all company safety rules and proceduresMonitors and reacts in a timely manner to routine demand maintenance requirementsParticipates in routine Preventative / Predictable MaintenanceTroubleshoots equipment stoppages and reacts accordinglyUtilizes various mechanical and electrical test equipmentPlans, assists, documents, and implements process improvement techniques and devicesUtilizes machining, electrical and mechanical trade skills to complete daily tasksCapable of troubleshooting mechanical, electrical or pneumatic systems quickly and document the recoveryHas experience in Production related Continuous Improvement project execution and documentationCommunicates with production and other various customers as neededEnsure critical spares are maintained where necessaryGood mechanical aptitude.
Ability to produce technical reports and update drawings.
