Job Description : Senior Quantity Surveyor - Cost Manager - Consultancy - Dublin Office / Project Location : Dublin City, Dublin

The successful candidate will report to the Construction Management Director and will interact with clients, working both independently and as a team lead depending on project requirements.

Key skills include cost control, procurement, contract administration, and client relationship management.

The role involves managing a variety of project types (private and public sector) and leading a project team.

Responsibilities include :

Providing full cost management services across all project stages Leading and managing an in-house team Contract administration and procurement Managing client relationships Developing and implementing strategic cost management solutions Liaising and mentoring team members, ensuring clear communication and role clarity Interacting professionally with client staff, proactively raising issues, and providing project updates Liaising with third parties as needed Tracking financial progress and providing relevant information Contributing to business development and maintaining client relationships Requirements : RICS / SCSI Chartered status with a BSc in a relevant discipline Minimum 10 years of relevant experience Focus on client satisfaction and successful project delivery Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Efficient planning and resource management skills Strong relationship management and issue resolution skills Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize conflicting demands Core Competencies : Act Professionally : maintaining high standards Embrace Teamwork : value collaboration Package : Please note, candidates without a passport from the country of the vacancy may need a work permit.
