This role is responsible for leading the company's technology services while providing strategic support to the office of the CIO (OCIO).
The VP of Technology Services will oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
This role will assist the CIO in managing priorities, projects, and communication within the IT department and across the organization.
The role also involves directing overall prioritization and project management of all key technology efforts, including Change Management and Vendor Management.
Additionally, the role is accountable for creating and implementing technology governance, including the strategic roadmap and scorecard.
Responsibilities Develop and monitor a comprehensive technology governance framework aligned with the company's strategic goals, ensuring technology investments deliver value.
Lead the development of governance metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor compliance and performance, integrating practices into business processes.
Ensure vendor partners deliver services in line with SLAs.
Manage the PMO for all IT projects, Change Management, and Service Introduction.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Technology Services team through guidance, coaching, and staff development.
What we expect from you Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Master's Degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in software development or Infrastructure, preferably both.
Proven leadership of large teams.
Success in driving innovative solutions through productive partnerships with business units.
Strong understanding of end-to-end business strategy and operations, including Financial Planning, HR, Operations, Marketing, Development, and Communications.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

The actual offer will consider internal equity, the candidate's experience, and other relevant factors.
This range does not include benefits, bonuses, or incentives.
The target annual bonus is 35% of base salary, based on performance.
