About Intelligent Automation Team

Intelligent Automation (IA) is a multidisciplinary team within the Transformation Office (TO), tasked with identifying, developing, and deploying automated solutions and products by leveraging a variety of emerging technologies. These technologies epass Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, Test Automation, APIs, and Cloud Services.

Job Duties in Brief :

• Client Meetings : Work closely with clients and business to assess client AI needs and identify solutions best suited to meet client needs
• Business Development : Actively participate in client pitches and other sales activities effectively demonstrating andmunicating Citco's AI expertise and capabilities
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, product owners and IT teams to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and deliver AI solutions that drive value
• Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, driving the successful delivery of projects from concept to deployment
• Develop AI Models : Design, build, and optimize AI models and algorithms tailored to financial applications
• AI Integration : Implement AI solutions into existing business systems / processes to improve functionality and efficiency
• Data Management : Oversee data preprocessing, feature engineering, and infrastructure setup for AI model deployments
• Monitoring & Maintenance : Deploy models into production environments and ensure their continuous performance through updates and refinements
• Research & Development : Stay updated on AI trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions for emerging business challenges
• Best Practices : Establish and promote best practices for model design, development, and deployment, ensuring transparency, scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Documentation : Create detailed documentation for architectural designs, solutionponents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and automated processes
• Project Reporting : Provide input to project reports to confirm their accuracy and maintain consistentmunication
• Change Management : Engage with internal stakeholders tomunicate the benefits and implications of client and internal transformative AI initiatives
