Job Description

LetsGetChecked are looking to hire a Customer Solutions Executive to join our team.

We are looking for a customer oriented individual with a great attitude, who is highly organised and self-motivated.

You will be a member of the primary contact team for customers interested in the products and services we offer and so an interest in healthcare is important.

What will I be doing?

Answering incoming calls and responding to customer's emails and online chat queries

Providing product and service information to customers

Managing and resolving customer issues

Identifying and escalating customer issues to management

Engaging in up-selling and add on sales in your interactions with customers

Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures

Recognising, documenting, and alerting the management team of trends in customer queries

Completing call logs and reports

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bsc in Business or buiness related field

Fluent English

Customer Service orientation

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Patience and attentiveness

Organisational skills

Attention to detail and accuracy of work

Problem analysis and problem-solving

Professional at all time
