The Role :
Reporting to the SVP Pricing, this role will primarily research, evaluate and develop commercial, strategic and financial analysis as a key partner in the execution of deals with the Origination, Capital Markets & Trading, and OEM Teams.

Model & Process Development – execution of team projects to build / improve long term financial models / tools, processes, and policies, that will increase efficiency and contribute to the success of the organisation.
The Person :
You will be naturally numerate and possess a passion for financial and commercial analysis.
You will have an ability to handle large volumes of data and information, deal with a high degree of complexity in such information and draw clear conclusions through insightful analysis.
You will possess an ability to operate independently in a highly pressurised environment and engender trust amongst stakeholders by delivering highly accurate and reliable outputs .

Skills & Experience :
Quantitative honours degree e.g., finance, mathematics, actuarial, engineering, science etc.
Previous experience in aircraft leasing / aviation finance is essential.
Lease pricing experience is highly desirable.
Strong numerical, analytical and critical analysis skills, proven ability to find creative solutions to extract value.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to develop diverse stakeholder relationships, skillfully navigating challenging situations to drive optimal business outcomes.
Capable of challenging appropriately and can navigate conflict in a timely and constructive way.
Highly commercial, thorough, with keen attention to detail, but also able to take a 'big picture' view and couple with a strong ability to distil analytical insight into clear and concise conclusions.
Strong and independent minded with the ability to express views with conviction, showing bravery in confronting established thought while recognising alternative perspectives.
Track record of achievement and delivering successful outcomes in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic team setting while managing multiple competing work streams.
Team player that strives for ambitious and collaborative outcomes and supports others.
Excellent knowledge of, and advanced modelling proficiency in, Microsoft Excel.
