Your new role
This is a telephony-based role, where the successful candidate will assist our SME customers who are in financial difficulty. The SME arrears team proactively contact customers in relation to account arrears and find the most appropriate solutions for our customers. We will provide extensive training to equip you with the right tools to successfully complete the role.
What you'll need to succeed
APA(Loans and Regulations) / QFA(any one of them qualification is mandatory)
Excellent customer engagement and negotiation skills
Previous experience engaging with customers over the telephone
Previous roles in a financial institution is desirable
Credit assessment experience would be an advantage
