Your new role includes :
- Cost Reports & Planning.
- Preparation of Tender Documentation.
- Preparation of Bills of Quantities.
- Analysis of Tender Returns and Reporting.
- Preparation of Contract Documents and Administration of Contracts.
- Preparing Payment Recommendations.
- Preparing Financial Cost Reports.
- Agreement of Change Order / Variation Costs / Final Accounts.
Experience you need :
The role holder should have the following skills and attributes :
BSc in Construction Economics and Management (Quantity Surveying).Chartered or progressing towards chartership.5 to 10 years PQE.Have experience in a PQS Office at a similar level for minimum 5 years.Experience in Public Procurement.Experience in Contract ManagementExperience in E-tenders Administration.Proficient in measurement software (for example CostX)Ability to work proactively with an open communication style.Structured and organised.Technically proficient.Growth mindset.Client facing.What’s next
