Dublin or Dundalk (Hybridworking available)18-month contract29 days annual leaveA public sector body is looking for a motivated and collaborative Project Officer to help build the supply chain for domestic retrofits.What you'll do : Support national efforts to grow the retrofit contractor baseIdentify skills gaps and work with partners to improve training and capacityUse data (Power BI) to analyse trends and report on performanceSupport delivery of pilot projects and innovative retrofit solutionsWork directly with One Stop Shops, retrofit companies, local authorities, and other key stakeholdersRepresent organisation at events and industry meetingsWhat you bring : A degree (Level 7+) in Engineering, Architecture, Science, or related field3+ years' experience in energy, construction, or a related fieldKnowledge of building technologies or the retrofit sectorStrong project management and data analysis skills (Power BI preferred)Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentationA full driving licence and willingness to travel occasionallyBonus if you have :
