Fit-Out Site Manager

Our client, with over 60 years of experience in the Irish market, is growing with a strong pipeline of work in the Dublin area.

They are seeking an experienced Fit-Outs Site Manager to oversee the fit-out of 8 apartments.

The project will last 8 months and is ideally suited for someone with a trade background.

Responsibilities Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings.Planning, managing, and delivering all construction activities in an efficient and cost-effective manner.Ensuring adherence to and the safety of the entire site and project.Managing subcontractors and the direct labour workforce.Criteria 5+ years of experience in site management.Site Management Safety Pass & First Aid certification.Excellent communication skills at all levels.For more information or to discuss in confidence, please contact Daniel Devery at CSR on 02892627488.
