Carpentry - Production Manager

Role : Production Manager West Dublin Location : Dublin 12 Salary : €80k At Broadline Recruiters, we are currently seeking an experienced and professional Production / Operations Manager to join an established carpentry and production team in West Dublin. This is a full-time role and an immediate start for the right candidate. Role Requirements : Ensuring all projects are being ran on time and on budget from start to finish. Ensuring all jobs are being staffed correctly and preparing weekly rotas and organising staff to different jobs on site and in the workshop. Liaising with production to ensure projects are being built on time and to the required quality. Handling maintenance issues in the workshop (troubleshooting with staff so they can carry out relevant checks on equipment machinery etc before putting in call to service) Staff Training - Improving staff use of time and maintaining warehouse staff where and when needed. Developing a harmonious environment within the management team so that if problems arise staff feel they can discuss any issues openly. Liaising with the entire team to ensure all projects are being run as efficiently as possible between departments. Analysing project to make them easier / more profitable in the future. Candidate Requirements : Minimum 2 years management experience paired with minimum 5 years carpentry experience. Qualifications in carpentry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Effective communications and leadership skills Energy & excitement about the industry Experience in events set ups IND22 Skills : production manager Fully Qualified Carpenter Carpentry workshop supervisor
