HR Consultant

We’re looking for a confident, capable HR Consultant to join our growing remote team. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of clients, supporting everything from complex ER cases and policy development to strategic workforce planning, HR audits, and on-call advisory support. You’ll be supported by a close-knit team of consultants but will also be expected to work independently, managing your own client workload and bringing insight and calm to often sensitive or high-pressure HR scenarios. This role is ideal for someone with at least five years’ experience in HR generalist, advisor, or business partner roles. You should have a strong working knowledge of Irish employment law, a high standard of written and verbal communication, and the ability to juggle multiple client needs with confidence. A calm, solutions-focused mindset is key. You’ll need to be a self-starter who is comfortable working remotely, and able to travel occasionally to client sites. We are looking for Leinster based applicants for this role. A full clean driving license is required.
