Job description

My client is a specialised unit of an aircraft leasing company, who are focused on aircraft and engine component trading. They are looking to expand their team by hiring a Component Trading Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the optimisation, sales and trading of aircraft and engine components and provide key inputs to the sales strategy of the company's owned and managed inventory. Role : Component Trading Sales Manager Location : Leopardstown, Dublin 18 Salary : Up to 100k EUR +Bonus, VHI, Pension ER Contribution 10%, 25 days annual leave + 2 Company Days (Good Friday & Christmas Eve) + gym membership Responsibilities : Active account and customer management. Originate opportunities through company's and the groups existing customers, as well as developing new relationships with global buyers of commercial aircraft parts. Identification, creation, and optimisation of new ways to bring parts to market. Proactively executing on the go-to market strategy for component sales and exceed target revenues. Support the creation of new customers within Quantum Control. Support the integration and setup of Quantum Control for inventory management. Enhancing the group and Component trading brand. Represent the company with individual customers and at global aviation events. Contribution to deal analysis by liaising with sales and trading teams for Board Approval documentation. Provide regular reports to the groups team on sales progress and opportunities. Demonstrate strong, professional relationships with the groups suppliers and operators. Input to Commercial and Trading acquisition campaigns as required. Support the deal team and management team on ad-hoc projects as they arise. Support the SVP Component Trading on any preparations required for the quarterly management meetings and inputs for the end of year budget. Desired Skills and Experience Aircraft & Engine Component Trading experience (product knowledge of A320 / 737NG is a plus.) 4-5 years Sales / Account Management in a similar industry ERP & System Knowledge (Quantum experience an advantage) Commercial Acumen and Negotiating Skills Looking for a self-starter who can work collaboratively.
