HEALTHCARE ASSISTANTS / SOCIAL CARE WORKERS

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Social Care Workers & Health Care Assistants to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities. You will play a vital role in promoting independence, enhancing quality of life, and supporting service users in achieving their personal goals. Requirements : A qualification in Social Care, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (QQI Level 7 or higher preferred). Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or challenging behaviours is desirable. Knowledge of HIQA standards, safeguarding policies, and person-centred care approaches. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. A compassionate, patient, and empowering approach to care. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers if required. A full driving license is an advantage.
