This newly created role reflects the group's evolving global structure and will be instrumental in shaping and expanding its treasury capabilities.

As Treasury Manager , you will become a key member of a high-performing finance team, taking ownership of group-wide treasury operations.

Strong project management abilities and technical expertise in treasury systems are essential, as you will lead key transformation initiatives — including the selection and implementation of a new Treasury Management System.

About the position Lead global cash management activities, including positioning, forecasting, liquidity planning, and funding strategy development.

Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, such as bank account management, intercompany financing, and foreign exchange oversight.

Design and implement global cash pooling structures while enhancing banking relationships for operational efficiency.

Drive treasury transformation initiatives, including the assessment, selection, and implementation of a new Treasury Management System Identify and lead opportunities to enhance digitalisation, improve operational efficiency, and support scalable growth.

Drive treasury transformation initiatives, including the assessment, selection, and implementation of a new Treasury Management System (TMS).

Partner with IT, finance, and external vendors to automate manual processes and ensure seamless integration of treasury systems with ERP platforms.

Identify and lead opportunities to enhance digitalisation, improve operational efficiency, and support scalable growth.

About the person Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

Minimum of 4 years' experience in corporate treasury, preferably within a multinational organisation.

Demonstrated experience in leading or supporting treasury system implementations.

In-depth knowledge of global cash management, FX, liquidity structures, and banking systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross functional and evolving environment.

Takes initiative and ownership, with a focus on identifying and implementing opportunities for process and system optimisation.
