Door To Door Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Representative on behalf of Electric Ireland, Ireland's leading and most trusted energy provider, you will earn a basic salary of €25,000 plus a company vehicle, with an uncapped OTE of €12,000, a €2,000 loyalty incentive, lunch allowance, and many more perks.

Your Role : You will be responsible for driving sales of Electric Ireland's products within your territory by engaging with potential customers at their homes.

Requirements : Full Clean Drivers LicenceCan-do, positive, and competitive mindsetResults-driven and resilientEnjoy being outdoors in all weather conditionsEnjoy engaging with customers at their homes and building strong relationshipsExcellent communication skills with fluent English and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationshipsProfessionalism with the ability to create trust through effective listening and responding appropriately to verbal and non-verbal cuesFlexibility to work from 12 : 00 PM to 8 : 00 PM Monday – Friday, with potential Saturday work to meet targets (more flexible hours between 09 : 00 and 21 : 00)Sales experience is not essential; the key is the desire to hit targets, work hard, and earn uncapped commissionsDesirable : Door-to-door experience (full training provided)Track record of delivering against targets in sales or similar demanding environmentsWhat's in it for you?
