Senior Manager – Structured Reinsurance – 28621

The Company would like to hire a Senior Manager / Manager Structured Reinsurance to support the further expansion of its portfolio of in-force structured reinsurance and new life reinsurance transactions in Europe.

Location : DublinType : PermanentKey Duties (Including but not limited to) : Lead and support the completion of new structured life reinsurance transactions.

These are highly complex and innovative transactions developed to meet specific client requirements.Support development and structure of new bespoke reinsurance solutions which provide risk mitigation and optimize capital for clients under Solvency II.Underwrite, price, and recommend new transactions in line with group risk appetite, pricing, tax, and compliance requirements.Manage and grow relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure the Company's new business targets are achieved.Minimum Requirements : An actuarial qualification or at least a master's level in a similar discipline with 5+ years post-qualification experience.Experience in structuring and managing reinsurance transactions.Good understanding of the Solvency II regulatory landscape for life insurance.Strong numerical skills with a good understanding of financial metrics.
