Commercial Account Handler Insurance South Dublin Salary €32-35k, plus bonus & benefits This well-known and respected Insurance Company are now hiring a motivated and client-focused Commercial Account Handler to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least one years experience in personal or commercial lines insurance and holds a valid APA qualification (working towards CIP). Role will be based in the office, with the option to work hybrid after on-boarding. Key Responsibilities will include : Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients - with guidance & support of senior team members Process renewals, mid-term adjustments, new business quotations, and documentation Liaise with clients and insurers to ensure efficient and professional handling of policies Ensure all documentation is compliant with regulatory standards and company procedures Assist in identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities Maintain up-to-date records on internal systems Key Requirements : APA qualified (essential) ideally working towards CIP Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance (personal or commercial lines) Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance CRM systems Ability to work as part of a team and manage own workload effectively Apply via the link below for immediate consideration Skills : APA Insurance
