Job descriptionFluent German (written and spoken) – this is essential A couple of years’ experience in underwriting or claims for life / serious illness insurance OR a medical background (e.g. nursing or medical degree)– OR a relevant business or industry qualification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good time management and organisational ability Don’t worry if you're still building your experience. If you bring the right mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn, we’ll support you with training and mentorship. Strong base salary, depending on experience, in the range of €65, per year Annual Bonus Pension Scheme, Healthcare Scheme Hybrid working Model Dublin South Initial training period mainly office base, hybrid afterwards
