Site Manager - Retail Development Projects Rate : €350-€400 per shift (DOE) Location : Nationwide (working across multiple retail client sites) Transport : Own transport required We are currently seeking a Site Manager to join our client's Retail Development division, supporting projects across our client portfolio. This role involves the installation and removal of checkout equipment, self-scan tills, front-end furniture, and cash conveyance systems. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail fit-out environment and is experienced in leading small-to-medium construction projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily on-site operations across multiple client locations Ensure all works are completed on time, within scope, and within budget Manage site safety and enforce health & safety regulations at all times Coordinate with subcontractors to meet project deliverables and contractual terms Lead and motivate site operatives and maintain a positive working environment Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to internal and external stakeholders Plan ahead to identify potential site issues and resolve them efficiently Proactively identify and mitigate project risks Uphold quality standards and ensure correct installation techniques are used Requirements Valid SMSTS or CSCS card Valid Safe Pass First Aid certification Own transport is essential (travel between client sites) Previous experience in retail fit-outs or similar installation projects preferred If you have a strong track record in site management and want to work across a variety of retail environments delivering essential front-end infrastructure, we'd love to hear from you.
